THERMOGRAPHIC SURVEY
A widely used tool in all facets of industry to measure anywhere a fault can be predicted by a temperature differential. CAC provides instantaneous results with little or no disruption of service, and can be conducted in parallel with a Vibration Survey.
Electrical Distribution
Non-destructive tool in the analysis and evaluation of electrical distribution equipment. In the marine environment the presence of engine and hull related vibration has an effect on electrical components and connections.
Optical Gas Imaging (OGI)
The worldwide fleet of LNG-fueled vessels is rapidly expanding in all sectors of the industry including passenger ships; tankers and bulk carriers; containers and dry cargo ships; and service and supply ships. Natural gas leaks not only affect fuel economy but can pose catastrophic health and safety risks. Ships have hundreds of connections and fittings that are constantly subjected to stress induced by normal ship vibration. Using optical gas imaging technology is a fast and efficient means to detect LNG leaks.
Thermal Trending
Compares temperature differentials over time.
Baseline Thermography
Reference point of equipment temperature under normal operating conditions.
Conveyor Belt
Scanning of belt rollers for temperature variations.
